Jelqing – The Bench Press Of Dick Exercises

It is 100% free as the exercise only requires the use of both of your hands to be performed.

While many people see both length and girth results from jelqing, it is primarily a girth exercise.

If you are new to all this penis enlargement stuff in general then seeing increases of +0.25″ in girth within your very first month is not uncommon with jelqing.

The basic jelqing movement is rather simple. It is performed by making a circle/”ok sign” by pinching your thumb and index finger together.

Assuming this grip, you perform downward strokes — resembling a milking-like motion — starting at the base of the penis and releasing your grip just before you reach the glans (part just before the head where it gets sensitive).

You then repeat this with the other hand, and then do that over and over again, alternating hands after each stroke.

The process of doing this back and forth moves blood around the penis and causes penile expansion and subsequent micro-trauma to occur.

Over time, this provides permanent gains in size by permanently expanding the tissues of the penis as they grow back bigger and stronger.

The bottom line is that a tissue subjected to new forms of stress will have to adapt — in most cases by growing larger — to accomodate for that newly introduced stress (this is the exact same principle that applies to bodybuilding).

Jelqing is a great exercise and will be one of your main girth builders for your penis. It takes some effort and preparation, but it works, and it works well.

Pumps – The Funnest and Fastest Way To Girth

In fact, after your very first session with a good pump you can expect to see about 0.5″ of girth — aka temporary gains — and a signifcant improvement in your flaccid hang (flaccid length).

In other words, you’re going to have a significantly longer and thicker dick in a matter of minutes when using a pump.

The catch here is that these gains at first are temporary and only last a few hours. However, with consistent pumping these temporary gains are going to stick around longer as they start to solidify into real, permanent gains.

Personally, as previously stated, with my pump (bathmate) and a bit of jelqing I managed to put on 0.6″ of permanent girth in a little over a month — and these gains stick around whether I continue to do PE or not.

Currently, the most popular pumps and arguably the safest and most effective are water-based pumps.

These pumps use water in combination with suction and pressure to expand and increase the size of your penis.

The basic makeup of a pump involves a large cylinder that you put your penis into, from here you begin pumping.

A vaccuum of pressure is created inside the pump which immediately causes your penis to grow larger as the penile tissues and chambers (corpora cavernosum) inside are expanded and engorged in additional blood.

The process of pumping, expanding, blood engorging, and subsequent micro-trauma leads to both the temporary and permanent results in size.

In addition, pumps are also very beneficial for treating problems such as erectile dysfunction because of the large amount of blood that is shuttled into the penis after a pumping session.

Personally, my boners have never been fuller than in the hours following a pumping session.

Overall, pumps can be seen as fun, fast, and effective. They offer instant results in penis size (girth, length and flaccid hang), fuller and thicker erections, permanent long term size gains, and are definitely the most fun of all devices in PE to use.

I would pretty much recommend a pump to anyone that’s serious about PE or just starting out, simply because of how fun and easy they are to use along with the immediate gratification/results they provide.

Extenders – The Easiest Way To More Length

Extenders are the easiest and most convenient way to increase length because once set up they do all the work for you — hands free.

In other words, you can put your extender on under your pants and get on with your day as your dick is growing little by little without you having to do anything.

Using an extender, it’s not uncommon to make permanent length gains of 0.5-1.5″ inches to your penis over the long haul. With some guys even gaining 2-3″ inches in additional length to their penis from extenders.

In my opinion the best way to naturally increase the length of your penis is by providing a constant-gradual pulling tension over time.

Which is exactly what extenders accomplish.

With the typical extender you slip your penis into it and secure it just below the penis head with a strap. On the sides of the extender are the adjustable rods that produce the outward tension of pulling the penis forward and out.

There are also other extenders such as the phallosan that use a belt system/strap to accomplish the same goal that rods do of providing the constant tension.

When you wear your extender consistently you start to progressively make your dick longer and longer as a result — both in flaccid and erect length.

What makes a good extender is if it can produce the right amount of tension and if it is comfortable enough for you to wear it on a daily basis.

All of the popular extenders out there have been tested thoroughly to provide sufficient amount of tension for growth, so oftentimes the deciding factor for you will based upon the features and comfort that one extender has over another.

Extenders are also great for lazy guys because unlike other exercises for length (manual stretching, hanging, etc) you don’t have to do anything once its strapped onto your dick.

Overall, extenders are my favorite way for making solid length gains because they provide gradual and long term tension (which is what you really need to grow in length), as well as the fact that you can just wear them and forget about it.

Hanging:

Hanging is another way of increasing your penis length besides extending.

When you hang, you use a device that attaches to your penis while allowing something else that has weight to it (ie: weight plates, etc) to be strapped to the other end.

You then literally just let the weight hang and tug on your dick, causing it to stretch.

It’s important to always keep penis safety in mind when hanging. Progress very slowly using smaller weights and get yourself a good hanging device to ensure proper distribution of tug/pull, as well as other aspects towards overall safety.

Some guys love to hang, some do not.

Unlike extenders, hangers require active effort. You need to be there the entire time when you are using one.

While you can certainly do both, we definitely prefer extenders for most people, due to the fact that they allow for hours upon hours of passive time-under-tension, as well as being safer, easier, and much more convenient.

Step 3: Get a Routine or a General Framework of What You’re Doing

daily routineOnce you’ve figured out what exercises and devices you’re going to use, its time to get yourself a routine or at the very least understand what you’re doing so you can make the best results right away.

If you’re familiar with weightlifting then you know that workout routines can either be very simple or very complex.

A lot of beginners to weightlifting tend to jump into advanced and complex routines right off the bat, which actually slows their progress and causes them to have setbacks — sometimes leading to overtraining and injuries as well.

The same scenario happens to guys who get into penis enhancement. Oftentimes right from the start they get on a very complex or high volume routine and end up making very little progress and/or injuring themselves very soon.

I made this mistake myself when I first started and it almost put me off this entire industry altogether, but I corrected it and have been fine ever since.

The truth and good news is that less really is more when it comes to making gains and avoiding injury — especially when you’re just starting out.

I recommend you start with a routine for your penis that is as simple and as minimal as possible and work your way up from there.

You’ll come to find that you’ll still make fantastic results to your penis without needing to treat this like a second job.

Even with something as simple and minimal as just:

  • 5-10 minutes of jelqing
  • 10 minutes of pumping
  • 4hrs+ of extending (passive)

Spaced out properly 3-5x a week will give you some great permanent results in both length and girth in a very short period of time.

Step 4 (Optional): Increase Your Testosterone, Associated Hormones, and Optimize Your Overall Health and Body

Do not underestimate the importance of increasing your bodies natural testosterone levels, growth hormones, and making an effort to improve upon your well-being and overall health.

What About Pills?

While this guide is about seeing results without pills — I need to mention why that is.

To make things clear, no pill will actually cause your penis to get any larger (structurally) regardless of whatever promises that pill or company makes.

However, pills can make your penis larger by increasing the amount of blood that it holds when flaccid or erect. This is known as increasing flaccid or erection quality, which for many people can lead to a significant increase in size.

So on one hand, pills can increase the size of your penis, but not in the structural-permanent way that some people may think.

Though pills can be beneficial for helping men in other matters. As pills are most commonly taken for helping men improve on issues relating to sexual stamina, erectile dysfunction, orgasm strength, or premature ejaculation.

Most pills usually contain ingredients like amino acids, vitamins, minerals, antioxodants, herbs, or other medicinal properties that have been shown improve various aspects of sexual health.

Manual Exercises vs Devices

Ultimately, it will be up you as it will come down to where your priorities lie in regards to cost, convenience, effectiveness, and what your specific goals are.

However, I would recommend a bit of both to start with.

A lot of guys (including me) start out with jelqing, a good penis pump, and a good extender — this covers all your bases for gaining in length and girth and also will provide you thicker and fuller erections (which is what most guys want out of a bigger penis).

The jelq can be used as the primary builder for girth and possibly a bit of length, the pump can be used for the insane and quick girth effects, and the extender as the hands free way to easily and conveniently gain length.

Collectively, this will give you all the results and tools you should need to make the largest majority of your gains right from the start.

My Specific Recommendation For Easy and Fast Gains

Probably the biggest issue in PE is be able to find something that works effectively, is comfortable enough to continually do, and something that is convenient enough for you to consistently stick with.

There is also a ton of stuff out there all making bold claims and promising that they are the best (most are crap).

All of these things can make it very hard to find the right exercises and devices to use that are actually going to give you the results you want.

One reason why PE doesn’t work for a lot of guys is that they simply buy the wrong products to start with, find them uncomfortable or useless, and then swear off this industry all together.

Keeping all of these things in mind, this is the PE stack that is actually comfortable and will get the job done.

Note: I own each of the products below and have seen great results from using all of them. In addition, I get emails from guys all the time who are seeing great results after being recommended the stack below.

Standard Jelqs:

Some guys will gain more girth and some gains will gain more length, and some guys will gain both. Plus jelqing is 100% free which is always nice.

There are many variations of jelqing, however the standard way is simple and effective to start with.

Bathmate X30 Pump:

Most guys will gain primarily girth and others will gain girth and some length.

The bathmate x30 is the middle model and most cost effective-to-result producing pump. It’s super fun to use and water based which makes it safer than other pumps.

Phallosan Forte Extender:

As previously stated, extenders are super easy and convenient to gain length with because it is passive — you put it on and get on with your day.

The tension is gradual and over the course of a long period of time, which is whats needed to make permanent and consistent length gains.

The phallosan just happens to be the most comfortable extender on the market, which is a huge aspect for committing to this long term.

BY FAR the biggest issue for people giving up on extending is due to them being uncomfortable.

I frequently get emails from guys who have chosen other extenders, returned them due to discomfort, then bought the phallosan and have been completely satisfied after due to how comfortable it is.

Overall Gains To Expect

Promising exactly “x” amount of gains in “x” amount of time is unrealistic because everyone is different.

However, using these three recommendations you can expect to make significant and permanent increases to the length and girth of your penis in pretty much the simplest and most convenient way I’ve found possible.

If you didn’t gain between 0.5-1″ in both length and girth within your first 2-6 months (assuming you are relatively new to PE) I would be surprised.

I know many guys that have gained 0.5 – 1″+ inches in girth and 1 – 2″ inches in length from using my recommendation.

Getting Specific About Gains

Gains From Extending

If you want to get even more specific a general rule for extenders is about 1000 hours of wear for every 1″ in length.

The phallosan (the extender I recommend) is pretty much the only extender that can be worn for over 4-8 hours a day comfortably. With many guys wearing it 12-18 hours a day (during work under pants or when asleep) because it is so comfortable.

The longer you wear your extender the quicker gains will occur.

For example, let’s be conservative and say you use it only 6 hours a day.

1000 hours (general time for 1 inch gain) / 6 hours a day (wear time) = 166 days = a little over 5 months to gain an inch.

Now while 5 months may seem like a lot, keep in mind that’s a full permanent inch in length added to your penis.

So if you are 5 inches currently you would be 6 inches after.

Obviously you can cut that time for the most part in half if you wore the device 12 hours a day instead. And at 12 hours a day of wear, you’re looking at about 2.5 months to gain a full inch.

Ask yourself: is 2.5 months of passive, hands-free extending under your clothes worth a full inch of dick to you?

Also, something to keep in mind gains aren’t quite linear. Expect to make more progress in the first half of that 1000 hours than in the second half (generally a good thing as you’ll see results occur quicker than expected).

For example, I get emails from guys all the time, usually complaining about other extenders not working (due to discomfort).

They find my recommendation and end up getting the phallosan, they wear it for about 300-400 hours, and then message me back saying that they’ve finally made progress and put on (usually) 0.5 inches already.

Gains From Pumping and Jelqing

Gains from pumps and jelqing are a bit different. There is no general rule for time to gains because its sort of all over the place for most people.

However, the good news is that girth is typically easier to gain than length. This makes sense because the penis only has to expand (get thicker) rather than physically stretch and elongate.

What I will say is, that if you’ve never jelqed or pumped before expect to gain at least 0.25″ in permanent girth in a month if you follow my recommendation.

For example, as previously mentioned, I put on 0.6″ inches of permanent girth in just over a month (from jelqing and using bathmate), which is over twice that amount.

I am not special, you can do this to, and a lot of guys are going to surpass me.

What You Don’t Need

Pills, powders, lotions, herbs, books, specific foods or drinks, etc — don’t waste your money on this stuff.
